Giles Bingley FCA

Qualified in 1974. Giles has considerable experience in accountancy, business consultancy and business management including buying and selling businesses and reorganisations. After qualifying and working overseas with PWC and then for Deloitte in London he became Group FD for a small PLC and then Chief Executive for an engineering group. He returned to the profession in Cornwall in 2002 to start his own firm.

Eric Wills FCA

After qualifying in 1963 Eric started in practise in 1964 as Page, Smith, Wills & Co, which subsequently became Eric Wills & Co. He is an enormously experienced general practitioner specialising in taxation.

Paul Smith FCCA

Paul is Wills Bingley’s tax expert and is also a widely experienced auditor. He qualified in 1986 with Baker Tilley. After a short time with a multinational company, Paul returned to the profession and became an audit partner with a Dorset practise before joining Eric Wills as a director in 2005.

Jonathan Wood FCCA

Qualified in 1993. After spells with Baker Tilley and Barnett Spooner, Jonathan was FD for Penton Media until 2007 before joining Wills Bingley as a director.
